1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Progressive Web App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement between you and the App Owner.

3. Free Trial & Auto-Renewal

Your Service begins with a 5-Day Free Trial. A valid credit card is required up-front.

• •Conversion: At the end of the 5-day period, your card will be charged for a one-year membership.
• •Cancellation: To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• •Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew annually at the then-current rate.
• •Final Sale: No refunds are issued after the trial ends and the charge is processed.

4. Account Security & License

One User, One License. Sharing credentials with crews or classmates is strictly prohibited. We monitor concurrent logins; violations result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & PDF Access

All content, including 700+ questions and PDF study guides, is proprietary. PDF Study Guides are locked during the Free Trial and only become available for download upon successful full payment. You may not distribute, share, or resell these materials.

6. User Conduct & Content Standards

Users must not be "jerks." No harassment, hate speech, or spam. As video functions are enabled, a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Obscenity is in effect. Violators will be banned immediately.

7. Binding Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved via BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. You waive your right to a jury trial or class-action participation.

We collect onboarding data (Experience level, NEC/Math comfort, study goals) and payment data via Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Data Usage

Data is used to generate your custom Study Calendar and provide personalized content recommendations.
